Shipping & Delivery Policy

NH4 Daily Essentials is distributed across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia from our local fulfillment center. This policy explains how we ship, where we deliver, the expected timeframes, and the delivery options available to you as a customer in Saudi Arabia.
Delivery coverage
We deliver to all cities, governorates, and regions of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including Riyadh, Jeddah, Makkah, Madinah, Dammam, Khobar, Abha, Tabuk, Hail, and all other areas served by Saudi national couriers. If you live in a remote area, delivery may take slightly longer; we will confirm the expected date in your order confirmation.
Order processing & delivery timeframes
Orders are processed within 1 business day of payment confirmation. Once dispatched, delivery timeframes are:
- Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, Khobar — 1 to 2 business days.
- Other major cities — 2 to 4 business days.
- Remote and rural areas — 3 to 6 business days.
Shipping fees
Standard shipping within Saudi Arabia is free for orders above the threshold shown at checkout. For orders below the free-shipping threshold, a flat shipping fee of SAR 25 applies, calculated and displayed clearly before you complete payment. Final shipping costs are always shown on the checkout page before payment is processed.
Courier partners & tracking
Orders are shipped through trusted Saudi courier partners including SMSA, Aramex, and SPL (Saudi Post). Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS and email with a tracking number and a link to follow your shipment in real time until it reaches your door.
Delivery options
At checkout you can choose between standard home delivery and, where available in your city, pickup from a nearby collection point. Some courier partners also offer on-demand same-day delivery in major cities for orders placed before 12:00 PM Riyadh time, subject to availability and an additional fee shown at checkout.
Receiving your order
A signature or confirmation from the recipient may be required upon delivery. Please ensure your address, building number, and phone number are accurate at checkout. If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier will attempt to contact you to reschedule. After a set number of failed attempts, the order may be returned to our warehouse, and a re-shipping fee may apply.
International shipping
Currently we ship only within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. International delivery to other GCC countries will be introduced in a future phase and will be announced on this page.
